Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Ajusta ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Ajusta is operated by Ajusta ("we", "us", "our").

Ajusta is an AI-powered resume optimization platform. The Service includes:

• Resume upload and parsing.
• ATS compatibility scoring against a job description.
• AI-generated rewrites of resume content for that job description.
• A Chrome extension for one-click optimization from job sites.
• Application and version tracking.

You need an account to use most of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information on signup.

Ajusta offers a free first optimization and optional recurring Pro subscriptions:

• Free optimization. New accounts receive 1 free full optimization on signup. No card required.
• Ajusta Pro. Choose US$15/month billed monthly or US$120/year billed yearly. Pro includes unlimited resume tailoring, subject to 30 runs per day fair use, plus AI-drafted application answers and cover letters. Save 33.3% compared with 12 monthly payments — equivalent to 4 monthly payments (US$60).
• Renewal and cancellation. Pro renews automatically at your selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. Cancel in Settings; access continues until the end of your paid billing period. All plan prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Billing support. For subscription billing issues or refund requests, contact hi@ajusta.ai with your account email and purchase details.
• Legacy purchases. Credit bundles are no longer offered for new purchases. For earlier bundle purchases, unused balance remains refundable within 30 days of purchase on request to hi@ajusta.ai. If a technical issue consumed legacy balance without delivering a result, we will restore it.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Use the Service to fabricate credentials, employment history, or qualifications.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models.
• Access the Service through automated tooling outside the provided API or extension.
• Share credentials, resell access, or use the Service on behalf of third parties without our consent.
• Upload other people's resumes or personal data without their consent.

You retain ownership of all resume content you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the optimization output you requested. We claim no ownership over your resume.

The Ajusta platform, including its design, code, models, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The Service uses AI to suggest rewrites of your resume. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before using the optimized resume in real applications. Our system is built to avoid fabricating credentials, but you must verify that the final content accurately represents your experience.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

Ajusta is a tool to improve ATS compatibility. We do not guarantee interview callbacks, offers, or employment outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us during that period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings. On termination your data is removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
