    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Ajusta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Ajusta is operated by Ajusta ("we", "us", or "our").

    2. Description of Service

    Ajusta is an AI-powered resume optimization platform that analyzes resumes against job descriptions and produces optimized versions designed to improve compatibility with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The Service includes:

    • Resume upload and parsing
    • ATS compatibility scoring
    • AI-powered resume optimization (YOLO Mode and Classic Mode)
    • Chrome browser extension for one-click optimization
    • Job application tracking
    • Resume version management

    3. Account Registration

    To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

    4. Credit System and Payments

    Ajusta operates on a credit-based system. Key terms:

    • Free credits: New accounts receive 500 free credits upon registration. No credit card is required.
    • Credit packs: Additional credits are available as one-time purchases. Credits do not expire.
    • Credit usage: Resume uploads cost 50 credits, ATS score analysis costs 50 credits, and full optimization costs 100 credits.
    • No subscriptions: All credit packs are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges.
    • Refunds: Unused credits are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that consumes credits without delivering results, contact support for a credit restoration.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
    • Use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading resume content
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the algorithms or models used by the Service
    • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API or Chrome extension
    • Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service
    • Upload resumes or content belonging to other individuals without their consent

    6. Intellectual Property

    You retain ownership of all resume content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the optimization service. We do not claim ownership of your resume content.

    The Ajusta platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

    7. AI-Generated Content

    The Service uses AI to suggest modifications to your resume. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated suggestions before submitting your resume to employers. Our Truth Enforcement system prevents fabrication of credentials, but you should verify that all content accurately represents your experience and qualifications.

    8. Service Availability

    We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Ajusta provides resume optimization as a tool to improve ATS compatibility. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview callbacks, or job offers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
